Leeds United v Coventry City: TV and live stream details, team and injury news and more

Leeds United are in Championship action once again over the weekend as they host Coventry City in a big clash at Elland Road.

The Whites returned to winning ways on the road last time out, beating Cardiff City 2-0, with the hosts reduced to ten men.

Daniel Farke will be looking to build momentum from that to propel the team further up the Championship table.

Despite a poor start to the season, Coventry will be far from an easy team to do that against, with the Midlands outfit more than capable of causing an upset.

With just one win in their opening six games, pressure is building on Mark Robins to pick up some results for a push higher in the league.

So with that said, here’s a look at everything you need to know ahead of Leeds v Coventry in the Championship.

Why are Leeds United not on TV or live stream?

Leeds United’s clash with Coventry isn’t on TV broadcast in the UK due to the Saturday 3pm blackout that prevents matches from being shown at that time.

Live streams are also not available in the UK for the same reason, with the highlights available just after the end of the match.

Leeds United team and injury news

Patrick Bamford could make a return to the Leeds side after being back in contention following a hamstring issue early in the season.

The striker was an unused substitute in the previous clash with Cardiff and with another week of training completed, he could be in line for a start.

Manor Solomon is an injury doubt after missing out on the previous clash, alongside defender Max Wober.

Meanwhile, Dan James is expected to be out of action but still targets a return to action before the international break.

Coventry City injury news

Coventry are set to be without Raphael Borges Rodrigues and Jamie Allen for the clash at Elland Road on Saturday.

Midfielder Ben Sheaf is still building up fitness after suffering an ankle injury in pre-season, which has seen him miss out on action.

That could leave Robins with just two fully fit midfielders at his disposal, causing some concern for changes in the team.
