Leeds United transfer rumours latest, including updates on Rodrigo Muniz, Gabriel Gudmundsson, and Man City’s Juma Bah.
The transfer window officially opened and closed temporarily, but things are heating up regarding transfer news and rumours with every passing day of the window for Leeds United.
A busy summer is expected at Leeds as Daniel Farke is aiming to improve several areas of the team, with the Leeds squad far from ready ahead of the club’s return to the Premier League in spite of movement to bring in Lukas Nmecha and Jaka Bijol imminently.
In the meantime, with a huge few months ahead for Farke and the Leeds hierarchy, here we have taken a look at some of the latest transfer news and the biggest headlines coming out of the club.

Leeds eye Gabriel Gudmundsson as a Junior Firpo replacement
As has been a persistent theme for Leeds in recent years, left-back is quickly emerging as a problem area for the club once again.
With Junior Firpo leaving and Sam Byram still likely to go on a free transfer, Leeds have to identify other options and may well have done per the latest update from Graham Smyth.
Gabriel Gudmundsson of Lille is on Leeds’ shortlist. A 15-time Swedish international, the 26-year-old has also featured 37 times for Lille in the last four seasons for the Ligue 1 outfit.
Much like deals to bring Jayden Bogle, Largie Ramazani, Joe Rodon, and the like to the club, Gudmundsson is about to enter the final 12 months of his contract and could be available for a cut-price deal.

Rodrigo Muniz interest mounts from Leeds as Fulham push for new striker
Rodrigo Muniz has emerged as an option for Leeds recently, albeit an expensive target that they are eyeing a deal for.
It’s recently been reported that it would perhaps take a club-record deal for Muniz to join Leeds, which would entail Leeds spending around £35 million+ on Muniz.
Two major updates landed today, with the first bid for Muniz rejected already by the Cottagers. Leeds offered Fulham £32 million for Muniz, which was £26 million guaranteed and a further £6 million in add-ons.
Not all hope is lost for Leeds as Fulham’s pursuit of Ricardo Pepi could allow Muniz to depart. The PSV striker is a serious option for Marco Silva and could pave the way for the Brazilian’s exit.

Jumah Bah will leave Man City on loan amid interest from Leeds
Juma Bah was only bought by Man City in January for a £5 million fee (The Mail). It comes after the Sierra Leone teenager starred for Real Valladolid in the first half of the season.
He was loaned immediately to French side Lens, which saw him play under new Southampton manager Will Still. However, reports state that Leeds are among the clubs interested in signing Bah in some capacity.
Also interested are Still’s Southampton, German side Koln, and Red Bull owned Paris FC. It was unclear whether Leeds would want a permanent deal to make a move.
Now, Fabrizio Romano believes Bah will leave on loan this summer, which could alert Leeds to his services despite their depth improving at centre-back already.
