Leeds United fans are all saying the same thing as Valencia tease them about Largie Ramazani

Largie Ramazani left the club without a replacement at Leeds United, with Carlos Corberan’s Valencia sealing a loan move.

The Belgian winger then came off the bench in the 87th minute against Getafe during the final game before the international break, which was just days after signing from Leeds United on a season-long loan.

Since departing, Ramazani has explained his Leeds exit. However, not long after joining, further comments emerged from Ramazani subtly digging at Daniel Farke amid praise for the faith Corberan has shown in him already.

Ramazani’s brother and agent has also swiped at Leeds for the lack of regular game time with the Whites. One thing Leeds didn’t get was a recall clause with Valencia for Ramazani — and they may well be disappointed that it isn’t an option for them.

Leeds United supporters react to Valencia social media post

The Whites wanted other aspects in the deal as well, with Leeds reportedly pushing for a Ramazani loan fee to be added into the move. The good news is that, even if they didn’t get their way with a fee, Valencia agreed to no permanent clause for Ramazani.

Thus, he could be reintegrated next term — be that under Farke or a different manager. After missing out on Facundo Buonanotte and Harry Wilson, Leeds are an attacker short as well. It perhaps explains the social media reaction to Valencia posting Ramazani pictures.

Another added their reaction of the regret of losing the 24-year-old without a replacement forward: “Most of us Leeds fans wish you were still with us Largie. Good luck this season!”

A further response read similarly: “Come back please , you won’t like the weather over there.”

Another simply stated: “Can we have him back please.”

Ramazani is a player with immense talent, even if he was not as strong as some of the other Leeds wingers off the ball last season.

Largie Ramazani’s pre-season is now confusing

It looked for all the world during pre-season that the Belgian winger would play some part. Ramazani shone for Leeds against SC Verl and was having a bright month. Tony Dorigo explained Ramazani’s pre-season and how impactful it might be, too.

“Ramazani, it’s a big pre-season for him as well. Because, certainly when he joined and initially played, he looked very good. That injury certainly scuppered him,” Dorigo said, during his role as co-commentator.

“Then it was all a bit of a struggle getting back into the side. He’ll be really determined this pre-season to keep fit, play well and put his hand up and say, I want to be in the first-team,” Dorigo continued on LUTV after Ramazani impressed in Germany.

Ramazani even said he would welcome competition in his position at Leeds. Instead, they let him go without a replacement in West Yorkshire. If the plan was always to let him go, then why was he so involved in pre-season?
