It was a day to remember for Leeds United and, more specifically, Thorp Arch graduate Harry Gray.

A glittering performance from Daniel Farke’s men has put Leeds inches away from Premier League promotion.

Leeds beat Stoke City 6-0 to make it four wins on the bounce, but more importantly, get closer to confirming their place in the top flight next season.

Farke will be ecstatic as the Whites are certainly not ‘falling apart again’ and the 49ers can potentially start prepping for a remarkable season.

With so many storylines, it was youngster Gray who continued the family name at Elland Road.

Harry Gray has Leeds United chant after debut in Stoke City win

It was a day to remember for the Gray family as Eddie Gray was watching on as his great-nephew stepped onto the pitch in the 86th minute.

Following on from his brother Archie, this could be the start of something special for the young striker.

Spurs’ Gray predicted Harry be bright for Leeds, and his brief cameo against Stoke could be the start of something special.

Despite just a few minutes for Leeds, the Elland Road faithful already have a chant for the 16-year-old starlet.

With the youngster coming on, chants circled the Fortress Elland, singing ‘If Harry scores, we’re on the pitch.’

Leeds fans already loved Gray before making his debut vs Stoke

The sky is the limit for Gray, but he couldn’t quite manage a first touch, however, there’ll be plenty more opportunities further down the line.

Of course, Farke will want to protect the prospect who has such a strong future ahead of him, but Tottenham fans already want to sign Gray.

Farke will want to make sure he can make the most out of the striker’s time here, unlike Archie, who left after one season for £40m.

But even before he made his four-minute debut, the Whites showed their appreciation by chanting his name before he had a professional minute to his name.

Now he has, expect plenty more of this brilliant young prospect as the Gray bloodline at Leeds continues.
