Leeds United-owned winger Jack Harrison did not have the best of games for Everton against Manchester United at Goodison Park.

The local media was not very impressed by the display produced by Harrison in the Premier League match.

So, what is being said about Leeds United-owned Everton winger Jack Harrison? Let’s take a look.

What’s the story?

Well, Everton lost 3-0 against Manchester United at Goodison Park in the Premier League on Sunday.

United were the better team, although the Red Devils earned a controversial penalty.

Jack Harrison started the match for Everton. The winger, who joined the Toffees on loan from Leeds United in the summer of 2023, started on the right of a midfield-four in a 4-4-1-1 formation.

The former Manchester City prospect played for the entire 90 minutes. Although Harrison tried his best, he was not particularly effective.

The winger, who made some interesting remarks about former Leeds head coach Marcelo Bielsa, took two shots of which one was on target, played one key pass, had a pass accuracy of 82.6%, took 46 touches, attempted two dribbles, made one interception, and put in seven crosses.

The Liverpool Echo gave Harrison 4 out of 10 for his performance for Everton and noted: “Plenty of endeavour an application when it came to trying to work an opening but unfortunately Luke Shaw had him in his back pocket for most of the night before he went close with a stoppage time effort.”

Harrison has made six starts and one substitute appearance in the Premier League for Everton this season, scoring one goal and providing three assists in the process.

Jack Harrison could get relegated with Everton

There is a very good chance that Jack Harrison could suffer relegation with Everton. The winger went down from the Premier League with Leeds last season, and he could endure something similar with the Toffees.

Everton are second from bottom in the Premier League table at the moment with four points from 13 matches. Sean Dyche’s side are five points behind 17th-placed Luton Town.
