Junior Firpo will not be the only player suspended when Leeds United take on Bristol City this weekend.
Firpo picked up his fifth booking of the campaign in Leeds‘ 2-1 win over Watford which will force Daniel Farke into changing his back four for the first time in the Championship all season.
The former Barcelona star was one of three Leeds players walking a suspension tightrope heading into the game on Tuesday, and was shown a yellow card for a poor piece of defending up against Festy Ebosele.
Joe Rodon and Jayden Bogle are also one booking away from a one-match ban, with Tony Dorigo claiming the latter was very lucky not to be given a yellow card in the closing stages against Watford.
It is getting to that time of the season where more and more players begin picking up suspensions, even with the cut-off point still another eight matches away on December 7.

Joe Williams suspended for Bristol City vs Leeds
Perhaps unsurprisingly, Bristol City have once again been pretty inconsistent in the Championship this season, with 15 points from their 11 matches. That said, they have only been beaten twice.
For Leeds, it is another game where they will be facing a side in the top 10 and if they can come away with a win, a considerably kinder run of fixtures lies ahead.
All be it with four draws, Bristol City are actually six matches unbeaten heading into the meeting at Ashton Gate, but will be forced to come up against Leeds without one of their key midfielders.
Joe Williams picked up his fifth booking of the season in the Robins’ 2-2 comeback draw at Stoke City on Tuesday night, and is therefore suspended this weekend.
Williams has featured in all 11 of Bristol City’s Championship matches so far, with 10 of his appearances coming from the start.
The 27-year-old has also played the full 90 minutes in each of the last four, meaning Leeds’ opponents will have to find a way to replace one of their key men.
Bristol City vs Leeds other early team news
Alongside Firpo, Leeds could be without a number of key players on Saturday following Largie Ramazani’s injury in midweek.
Farke was unable to provide an update on the severity of it after the game, but did say it looks like a twisted ankle, which will almost certainly keep him out of the game.
Ethan Ampadu, Max Wober and Ilia Gruev all also remain out, though new signing Josuha Guilavogui could be in the squad for the first time.
For Bristol City, Cameron Pring, Robert Dickie, Rob Atkinson and Ayman Benarous look set to miss out through injury.
