Speaking to Football Daily, Parry said: “When we formed the Premier League in 92/93, the difference in income in the league and the EFL was £11 million.
“It’s now £3.3 Billion – the gap has become a chasm.”

It’s already challenging enough for recently relegated teams to get back into the fold in the Premier League, and that’s something Leeds couldn’t do on the first attempt.

Alan Pardew says Leeds are riskier than Sheffield United, suggesting there might need to be a change from the Whites if promotion is secured.
They still remain top of the league, which is a strong sign, but this claim from Parry has heaped more pressure on Farke.
