Daniel Farke has shared a new injury update on his squad ahead of Leeds United’s trip to Cardiff City.
The Whites make the long trip to South Wales looking to return to winning ways after suffering their first defeat of the season at home to Burnley last time out.
Patrick Bamford, Dan James and Max Wober were Leeds‘ only injury absentees last weekend but have been joined by a couple more this week.
Bamford has been recovering from a hamstring issue and did make a return to team training last Tuesday, but was not included in the squad due to his lack of match sharpness.
James, meanwhile, will be out until after the October international break, with Wober having picked up an injury during his time away with Austria.

Farke shares new Manor Solomon injury update ahead of Cardiff vs Leeds
Leeds have had a much needed full week of training ahead of the game against Cardiff after a chaotic few days of preparation before Burnley due to the international matches.
However, that does not appear to have done the trick for some with Farke revealing Manor Solomon is a fresh injury doubt.
The ‘excellent‘ Solomon has started both matches since joining Leeds on loan, which came either side of two appearances for Israel.
The 25-year-old made the move to Leeds on the back of almost a full year out injured and so given his recent loan, it is perhaps not a surprise he has picked up a knock.
Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Farke says he is hopeful Solomon could be fit, but is the biggest question mark of those who are struggling.
He said: “Manor Solomon with some back problems. A few concerns but I’m carefully optimistic all of them will be available. Biggest question mark is Solomon.”
Who could replace Solomon for Leeds?
With James also out injured, Leeds are already starting to look a little light in that final third, though options are still there.
The most likely candidate to come in feels like Largie Ramazani, who is very much the natural replacement for Solomon in the squad.
Another option could be Joel Piroe, though that would require moving Brenden Aaronson out of the number 10 role, which is surely more hassle than its worth.
