Leeds United will want to do everything they can to keep hold of Harry Gray, but it will be difficult.

The Whites starlet has come under the spotlight in recent days after he made his debut for Leeds.

A brilliant moment for the Gray family as Eddie Gray was in tears at Harry’s debut with the 16-year-old continuing the legacy.

However, with the news, it has become clear that Gray is a very sought-after candidate.

Specifically, Tottenham, who want Harry after Archie Gray, and now Spurs fans might have hope at the Leeds faithful’s dismay.

Tottenham’s hope of signing Leeds United’s Harry Gray

This isn’t news Leeds fans want to hear, as Spurs taking a second Gray member would not go down well.

With Archie already leaving for £40m in the summer, fans will want to see at least five seasons of Harry, who is looking very promising.

Leeds fans have noticed Harry’s confidence, which stands out and proves he’s exactly what the Whites need going into the Premier League.

However, Spurs also like this from the youngster, and now GIVEMESPORT have provided an update which gives Daniel Levy a chance of signing Gray.

Tottenham have been keeping a ‘close eye’ on Gray after sending scouts to watch him in action.

They are entertaining the possibility of attempting to lure him away from the Whites but Tottenham are not necessarily rushing to make Gray a target for the upcoming transfer window.

A move for him further down the line has been mooted after seeing older brother Archie adjust to life as a regular starter in the Premier League.

Premier League promotion has helped Gray’s fortunes at Leeds

With interest no doubt going to emerge for someone so good at their age, Gray will have a decision to make.

It does seem Gray’s head is focused on Leeds, but things can change in a flash.

But the Whites gaining promotion will have no doubt helped his chances, as Archie may have stayed at the club had Leeds been promoted last campaign.

This gives Harry the chance to experience life in the top flight as opposed to finding it elsewhere, and if he is developed properly and Leeds achieve their target of Premier League establishment, Gray could have a healthy tenure in Yorkshire.
