Paraag Marathe’s master plan is coming to fruition at Leeds United, as signings are coming thick and fast.
Lukas Nmecha came through the door as the 49ers are keen to sort out transfers quickly this summer.
Whether there is any more set to be confirmed is another story, but Jaka Bijol’s move to Leeds is close.
The centre-back is set to be a crucial component of the owners’ plans, but there is every opportunity they could get sidetracked.
This is due to the 49ers’ new project with Rangers, and it appears to be interfering with Leeds’.

Rangers want to steal Leeds United target Max Aarons
It was said that once the Rangers takeover was complete, Paraag Marathe would be less hands-on at Leeds.
This showed the amount of work the 49ers president actually put into the club, but it still won’t stop his involvement with the club.
But now Marathe will be focusing on the Scottish giants as well as the Whites, and it could make for some awkward scenarios.
Leeds target Shea Charles could go to Rangers, and now a trend appears to be happening with another target in Max Aarons, now linked with a move to the Ibrox.
Daniel Farke might be hoping to add some competition at full-back and could reunite with the former Norwich City defender, with Leeds hoping to seal a £12m move for Aarons.
However, talkSPORT correspondent, Alex Crook, is suggesting that Marathe’s Rangers are now ‘keen to sign’ Bournemouth’s Aarons.
Leeds might be dodging a bullet with Aarons deal
Even though this seems like a confusing situation with both 49ers clubs gunning for the same player, there is definitely a silver lining to this for Farke.
There is no doubt that the German is endorsing a move to reunite with Aarons, but with the 25-year-old unlikely to get in over Jayden Bogle at the moment, it’s probably for the best.
Bogle and Aarons are both similar types of players, and although competition is good, if relegated, Farke would find himself in a position of who to keep or sell.
Aarons could’ve joined over Bogle in the summer, but chose a move to the Cherries, so it looks like this ship sailed a long time ago anyway.
