Nick Hammond’s future at Leeds United looks uncertain as he could follow in Angus Kinnear’s footsteps.
It’s become clear that Kinnear will join Everton, leaving his eight-year spell at Elland Road behind.
This will leave questions unanswered as to how Leeds move forward without the CEO whose been in the role for so long.
Well, to make matters worse, Nick Hammond appears to be joining Everton as well, as the Premier League side are causing all sorts of problems for the Whites hierarchy.
Although Kinnear seems like a loss, Hammond made a fatal error that has now come back to bite Leeds, which may make his exit less concerning.

Former Leeds United player Charlie Cresswell set to be worth fortune
The sale of Charlie Cresswell from Leeds has no doubt gone down as a failure.
Leeds decided to move on the young centre-back for just £4m in the summer just gone, as the 22-year-old now plays his football in France with Toulouse.
He’s been an absolute revelation with the French side staking a claim for Europe, and Toulouse’s manager loves Cresswell.
It was certainly a strange departure, as the Whites never gave him a chance despite having an impressive loan spell with Millwall in 2022/23.
Well, this is now set to come back and bite Leeds as Les Violets have made an admission, which leaves Hammond and co with egg on their face.
The French outlet states that Toulouse are waiting for a ‘colossal’ rise on the fee they paid for Cresswell, as Leeds have made a major error with this transfer.

Toulouse manager backs former Leeds star Cresswell for England
It’s certainly a loss for Daniel Farke, who will regret handing the defender just five league appearances last season.
Although Joe Rodon and Pascal Struijk have been major successes, Cresswell would’ve made a strong option in the Premier League.
To put Leeds to more shame, Toulouse’s manager, Carles Martinez Novell spoke to Flashscore and said he backs Cresswell for a senior call-up to the England squad.
“He’s currently with the U21, we signed him, he’s from Leeds, he’s playing a lot, he’s making progress, he wants it… As I said, the most important thing is to want to improve, to want to grow,” he said.
“If he is called with youth side, he can arrive as a first team. Every time someone is called with the A, it’s a pride, because it means that we’ve achieved something good, and especially because the player is happy, and that’s the most important thing.”
If Cresswell does get a phone call from Thomas Tuchel, Farke will be scratching his head as to why they let Cresswell go.
