With Leeds United expected to announce their third signing in the next day or two, The Whites are already working on their fourth, fifth and sixth additions.
After deals for Lukas Nmecha and Jaka Bijol, Sebastiaan Bornauw is the third through the door to the tune of £5m. The Belgium international is expected to be announced by Leeds United early this week.
Having failed to sign Habib Diarra, Leeds seem to have set their sights on three other players. Gabriel Gudmundsson continues to be the club’s priority addition on the left of defence, replacing Junior Firpo.
In midfield, Belgian reports say Leeds have seen a £12m bid rejected for USG’s Noah Sadiki but remain interested in the DR Congo international. Now, a Germany midfielder is a target for Adam Underwood.

How much Leeds United will need to spend to sign Anton Stach
Not long after LeedsUnited.News suggested the signing of Hoffenheim’s giant midfielder Anton Stach, Graham Smyth reported that Leeds are indeed keen on signing Stach, a two-time Germany international.
However, he won’t be cheap. Back in March, Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg said that clubs would have to pay between £13m and £17m to land the midfielder. His contract ends in June 2027.
He said: “Hoffenheim want to keep Anton Stach but are aware of interest from several clubs. The asking price is between €15-20m (£13m-£17m). Stach is under contract until 2027. Frankfurt interested.”
The similarity that Anton Stach shares with Leeds signings
It is clear what Underwood is trying to do at Leeds. The new sporting director is targeting players that are 26 years of age, and that means experienced at the top level but still yet to reach their absolute prime.
It means potential resale, and the hope that Leeds are signing these players for a cheap-ish figure and then they will get better and better. Bornauw, Gudmundsson, Bijol and Nmecha are all 26 years of age.
Surprise, surprise, so is Stach. A player with Germany caps, well north of 100 Bundesliga appearances and a giant frame of 6ft 4in. He fits with Bornauw, Nmecha and Bijol, and it would be no surprise if he joins.
