Largie Ramazani could be the first of four signings in eight days at Leeds United.
The Whites have until August 30 to complete any remaining transfer business and there is still certainly plenty to be done at Elland Road in that period.
This time last summer, Leeds brought in five new players in the final week of the window and so this regime has proved they can get work done fast when the pressure is on.
Having said that, due to Paraag Marathe’s promise business would not be left as late, any less than the four players Daniel Farke has asked for would put them under serious scrutiny.
Ramazani is set to be Crysencio Summerville’s replacement at Leeds, though another attacker, full-back and central midfielder are equally as important in the coming days.

Journalist shares Leeds plan after Ramazani
Leeds will be keen to complete all the formalities of Ramazani’s deal in time to have him in the squad at Sheffield Wednesday, which would be a major boost for everyone.
However, as soon as his arrival is confirmed, all eyes will be on who Leeds look to target next, and there have not been a shortage of links.
Journalist Sacha Tavolieri, who first broke news of Leeds’ interest in Ramazani last week, has provided somewhat of an update on the profile of player being looked at next.
He says Ramazani is one of two wingers Leeds are looking to bring in before the deadline, with the next one being a left-footed, which would improve the balance of the squad considering Wilfried Gnonto, Dan James and Ramazani are all stronger on their right.
It has also been suggested that while Burnley’s Manuel Benson is under serious consideration, he is actually a plan B to a different target.
While also reporting Gnonto is ‘pushing to leave’, Tavolieri responded to another supporter by saying the player in question is younger than Benson, and so it will be interesting to see if that is true.
Who could Leeds’ second winger target be?
Of course, this could quite easily be someone who has not been linked yet, but of those in the media at this stage, Paris FC’s Ilan Kebbal fits the bill.
Kebbal is a left-footed right-winger who can also play as a number 10 and would therefore provide some sort of replacement for Rutter.
At 26, Kebbal is also younger than the aforementioned Benson and playing in the second division of French football, would be a similar sort of signing to Ramazani.
Roland Sallai is another who gets close to fitting the profile Tavolieri mentioned, though is actually a couple of months older than Benson.
