Take a look at a round-up of the latest news on Wilfried Gnonto’s future at Leeds United amid plenty of transfer interest.
This summer has seen plenty of Leeds United stars linked with potential transfer exits, following some impressive individual seasons.
The Whites went close to earning promotion from the Championship last campaign but narrowly missed out on a return to the Premier League.
As a result, some key players have moved on, with Archie Gray joining Tottenham and Crysencio Summerville moving to West Ham.
They may not be the only ones exiting Elland Road though, as Wilfried Gnonto has also been rumoured with a transfer switch.
So, with that said, here’s a round-up of everything currently known about the future of Gnonto at Leeds this summer.

Wilfried Gnonto contract
Gnonto’s contract at Leeds was signed in September 2022, when he joined the club from FC Zurich, with a five-year deal on the table.
It means the Italian international is currently contracted to The Whites until 2027, meaning they hold a three-year guarantee when it comes to transfer negotiations.
Wilfried Gnonto transfer interest
There has been plenty of talk surrounding the future of Gnonto, with plenty of teams showing their interest in the 20-year-old.
Everton appear to be the frontrunners in the chase for Gnonto, having registered a long-standing interest in the versatile winger.
Nottingham Forest move
Nottingham Forest have also shown interest in signing Gnonto, with reports claiming that a bid worth £16.9million was tabled in late June.
With the winger still at Leeds during their pre-season campaign ahead of the new season, it’s fair to say that the offer wasn’t accepted.
Italian teams eye Gnonto
The Italian international has also been a hot topic of conversation in Serie A as teams look to bag a potential bargain.
Reports have stated that Venezia, Genoa and Parma are eyeing Gnonto, though it would likely be as a loan deal with an option to buy.
It is also claimed that the youngster is “unlikely” to stay at Elland Road, though time is ticking over a move away.

Everton bid rejected
The latest in the saga surrounding Gnonto has seen Leeds reject a bid worth £23million from Everton for the winger.
It represents another blow to the Toffees, who had three bids pushed back for the Italian international last summer.
Gnonto tried to force a move at the time, but reports have stated that the forward has shown no signs of unrest in training ahead of the new Championship campaign.
It means Leeds may well keep hold of their star player for another season unless another twist in the tale occurs.
