Leeds United still have plenty of work to do in the remaining three weeks of the transfer window.
Four new faces have so far come through the door at Elland Road and all of them certainly look as though they have a big part to play, one way or another.
Everyone knows what Joe Rodon can offer after his loan spell last season, while Alex Cairns has been brought into play a big role off the pitch.
Joe Rothwell will add a different dynamic to Leeds’ midfield with his ball-carrying ability, and in Jayden Bogle, Daniel Farke has one of the best attacking right-backs in the division.
And while Leeds’ squad is looking strong heading into the new season on Saturday, Farke has already admitted he wants another three new faces.

Darragh MacAnthony sends Leeds transfer warning
Leeds are certainly looking in a much stronger position to start the season quickly than this time 12 months ago, a period which ultimately cost them promotion.
Ethan Ampadu was the only new face in Leeds’ starting XI for the season opener against Cardiff City, with the bulk of their transfer business coming towards the end of the window.
The urgency for signings this time around is much less, but having lost some key players in Crysencio Summerville, Archie Gray and Glen Kamara, there are still gaps in the squad.
In Summerville, Leeds have lost a total of 31 goal contributions across all competitions and replacing that sort of output will not be easy.
Speaking on the latest episode of the ‘Hard Truth Podcast‘, Peterborough United chairman Darragh MacAnthony has urged Leeds to get their business done quickly to avoid a repeat of last August.
He said: “Leeds need to make some signings. They have lost a lot of attacking talent. Leeds are the biggest club in that league. I think they did this last year, they sold and then they brought in late. They need to bring in some players, definitely.”
Which players are Leeds targeting this month?
The three positions Leeds are seemingly keen to strengthen are full-back, central midfield and winger.
Farke is keen to add some more cover at left-back and Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Hugo Bueno is someone they like, though it could be a difficult deal to do.
In central midfield, Leeds saw an offer turned down by FC Koln for Dejan Ljubicic. There has been no word regarding whether a second bid has gone in.
Leeds’ search for a Summerville replacement has led them to Norwich City star Jonathan Rowe, with talks still ongoing over a potential deal.
