Billy Bremner

Billy Bremner is largely regarded as the greatest Leeds United player in the history of the club.
The Scottish midfielder played a massive 772 times for the club, scoring 114 goals, during his 17 years at Elland Road.
Bremner was appointed Leeds captain in 1965 and led the team in the most successful period of its history. He went on to manage the club for three years in the 1980s.
There is a statue in his honour outside Elland Road.
