It’s expected to be a busy week for Leeds United as the 49ers look to build on their transfer masterplan.
After three signings have already been secured, Leeds have only just got started this summer.
It’s expected that the next deal through the door will be the £8.6m move for Lille’s Gabriel Gudmundsson.
This instantly solves the Junior Firpo dilemma, as his exit was confirmed by the club upon Firpo’s contract expiring.
But despite the strong movements, the 49ers must make sure they don’t let this £30m bargain slip away.

Leeds United target Douglas Luiz has other Premier League interest
Daniel Farke will be looking to drastically improve his midfield this summer.
With plenty of targets being considered, defensively, the 49ers look to add Anton Stach to Leeds’ ranks.
But what is really missing is a player who can balance out with Ao Tanaka, and that could come in the form of former Aston Villa player Douglas Luiz.
Luiz was offered to Leeds as Farke could complete the ambitious signing with the Brazilian’s move to Juventus not quite working out.
Even though it was said that Luiz didn’t want to join Leeds, no movement has been made from the Whites’ side to change his mind, and they need to wake up now, as Angus Kinnear is keen.
Italian journalist Matteo Morreto is reporting that both Everton and Fulham have shown the ‘most’ interest in Luiz, making enquiries, as Leeds are nowhere to be seen.

Leeds need to wake up as they won’t get a bargain like Luiz
With Everton once again in Leeds’ plans, the two are likely to continue this trend throughout the summer.
But when it comes to Luiz, the 49ers must wake up and step up their pursuit, especially with their level similar to the Toffees.
Juventus want Leeds to sign Luiz as a £30m fee seems like a bargain with the Whites not only getting an all-action midfielder but one with Premier League experience.
Whatever happens next in this window, Farke won’t have another chance to land a bargain like the Brazilian.
After signing him for £42m, it’s rare to see a club not look to gain profit on a deal, but Juve are willing to make this sacrifice for Luiz, and Leeds need to pounce.
