Here are four Leeds players who could possibly leave in the 2024 January transfer window, be it to try and pursue more minutes or to make the next big step in their career.
The summer transfer window was a rollercoaster of emotions for Leeds, with multiple players leaving the club, either permanently or on loan.
Daniel Farke joined as manager in the summer and things are looking good for Leeds right now, with the club battling in the Championship play-off positions.

Four players who could leave Leeds in January 2024
Interest is picking up in some of their stars, whilst some of their players are on the fringes of the squad and barely getting game time. Some may look to leave for a club in a higher division, whilst others may need to drop down a division and find a loan move.
Wilfried Gnonto

Everyone knows the transfer saga involving Wilfried Gnonto over the summer transfer window which saw the player try to force a move to the Premier League. Now, he is back in the squad and playing. The Italian has featured eight times for Leeds this season. He hasn’t set the world alight, but many believe the 19-year-old has a very high ceiling so it would be a shock if no clubs bid for him in January.
Crysencio Summerville

Another player attracting a lot of Premier League interest is Crysencio Summerville. The player has scored the second-most goals at Leeds this season. The 21-year-old can play on the wing or as an attacking midfielder. He looks like a top player, who will be vital in helping Leeds push for promotion this season, but if a big money offer comes in January, then it may be hard to say no.
Joe Gelhardt

Joe Gelhardt is a player who looked like he had the potential to succeed at a high level, but at the moment he is struggling. He featured in five of the first six Championship games this season, but since then he has had to settle with a place on the bench as an unused substitute. In the last two games, Gelhardt has not even been in the squad. It looks like another loan move is on the horizon for the 21-year-old so he can find a team with consistent minutes.
Leo Fuhr Hjelde

20-year-old Leo Fuhr Hjelde signed in 2021 for Leeds but has only made eight appearances for the club. This season, the left-back has only played once in the Championship. He was loaned out in January 2023 for six months last season and it is very likely that it could happen again as Farke is clearly favouring his other options.
