Joe Rodon has been playing well for Leeds United this season following his loan move from Tottenham Hotspur, and Lee Trundle has given his verdict on him.
Trundle, a former Leeds loanee, has praised Rodon on Instagram after the match against Plymouth Argle at Elland Road.
So, what has Lee Trundle said about Tottenham Hotspur-owned Leeds United central defender Joe Rodon?
Let’s take a look.
What’s the story?
Well, Leeds United maintained their good form in the Championship on Saturday afternoon when they beat Plymouth Argyle 2-1 at Elland Road.
Daniel James put Daniel Farke’s side in the lead after 21 minutes.
Joel Piroe scored the second goal for Leeds on 28 minutes.
One of the best players on the pitch at Elland Road for Leeds was Joe Rodon.
Rodon started in central defence along with Liam Cooper.

The 26-year-old Wales international was a rock at the back for Leeds.
Rodon read the game well, made no mistakes at the back, helped out his teammates when needed, and was a calm presence throughout.
As you can see below, Lee Trundle is among many who have been impressed with Rodon.
Trundle had a loan spell at Leeds from Bristol City in 2009.
The 47-year-old played for Swansea City as well, just like Rodon.
Joe Rodon an important player for Leeds United
Rodon came through the ranks at Swansea and moved to Tottenham in 2020.
Leeds signed the defender on loan from Spurs in the summer of 2023.
Rodon has made 12 starts and one substitute appearance in the Championship for Leeds so far this season.
I believe that the 26-year-old defender has been one of the best and most important players for Leeds.
Daniel Farke’s side are third in the Championship table at the moment with 31 points from 16 matches.
Leeds are nine points behind Leicester City and Ipswich Town, who are first and second respectively in the standings.
