Tim Sherwood believes Leeds United boss Daniel Farke faces an “inevitable” future following their latest Premier League defeat against Nottingham Forest.
Daniel Farke was in a spiky mood after Leeds fell to a damaging 3-1 defeat, as the Leeds manager blamed the referee for Forest’s second goal.
Having also delivered a blunt verdict on why Dan James was left out of the team at the City Ground, it was clear that the Leeds boss is beginning to feel the pressure in his role.
After taking 11 points from 11 games to begin the Premier League season, Leeds now face a daunting run of games, with reports suggesting Farke has five games to save his job.
Now, former Premier League player and manager Tim Sherwood has ramped up the pressure on Farke, stating his belief that a change of head coach is inevitable at Elland Road.

Tim Sherwood believes a change of Leeds United head coach is ‘inevitable’
Speaking on Sky Sports, Sherwood explained why he believes that Farke is now on borrowed time following their chastening defeat against Nottingham Forest.
According to Sherwood, Leeds will not win any of their next four games, forcing the 49ers to pursue a change of course.
“He’s feeling pressure. But Daniel will always feel pressure because everyone points the finger at him.” Sherwood said.

“Listen, if they want to react, I think they’re going to react after those fixtures as well. I mean, who are they going to bring in? No one’s going to come in with a magic wand and all of a sudden make those fixtures look a lot easier.
“Villa are flying at the moment, Man City away, Chelsea flying. You don’t know what you’re going to get with Chelsea, but certainly a dangerous team. Liverpool, we know, by that stage will get a little bit more rhythm going. I think it’s a very difficult run of games for them, I really do.
“I think we’re going to see a change in manager at Leeds. I hope we don’t, but I think we will. It’s inevitable that we will because I don’t think they win any of the next four games.”

Daniel Farke has no margin for error left at Leeds United
24 hours on from Leeds’ damaging defeat against Forest, it appears that Farke is safe in his job, for the immediate future at least.
However, having suffered three damaging away defeats in a row, the Leeds boss no longer has any margin for error, as the pressure continues to build.

Farke has repeatedly mentioned that Leeds will need to maintain a run rate of one point per game to stay in the top flight. After their upcoming fixtures, they could be well behind that by early December.
Leeds’ home form is the key to their survival, meaning they have to get something from their game against Aston Villa. If Sherwood’s prediction comes true, Leeds’ next manager will have significant ground to make up.
