Leeds United’s interview process with prospective managers may ‘bleed into tomorrow’ though ‘decision time’ is on the horizon.
That is according to Yorkshire Evening Post journalist Graham Smyth, who also reports the Whites board are ‘impressed’ with those they have spoken to in recent days.
Leeds are now in the final stages of wrapping up the process ahead of the start of pre-season on July 2, with Daniel Farke, Patrick Vieira and Scott Parker among the final three candidates.
An appointment had hoped to be made this week, though with interviews potentially set to go into tomorrow, an announcement seems unlikely.
Angus Kinnear and Paraag Marathe have been down in London speaking to candidates face-to-face this week, with San Francisco 49ers Enterprises clearly looking to get the right man in.

Writing on his official Twitter account, Smyth confirmed ‘decision time’ is now not too far away with final interviews potentially taking place tomorrow.
He said: “There were some yesterday that the hierarchy were pleased/impressed with, there was to be one today and interviews may bleed into tomorrow but that’ll be that. Then it’s decision time.”
While it is promising to hear Leeds are being diligent in this process, equally an appointment really needs to be made in the coming days.
Leeds have an awful lot of work to do on the playing squad, both in terms of incomings and outgoings, but that process cannot begin until a manager is through the door.
With promotion rivals Leicester City and Southampton now both having confirmed their own respective appointments, Leeds risk being left behind if they continue to ponder for much longer.
