Times might be difficult for Daniel Farke after a tricky few weeks at Leeds United but the camaraderie among the players remains as high as ever, with Sam Byram proving to be the latest example.
Ahead of Fridayβs clash against Sheffield United, Daniel Farke has been forced to train with the bare bones of his squad. Many injuries, compounded by international players jetting off to represent their countries.
The Leeds boss told Wednesdayβs press conference that he has only had 14 or 15 players training during the break in a group that has been largely made up of U21 players. But, Dan James and Manor Solomon are back.
The international players have returned, with the last of which returning on Thursday. Brenden Aaronson is set to return to Thorp Arch today, after playing for the United States in the early hours of Wednesday.

Mateo Joseph earns a fine from Leeds fine-master Sam Byram
Byram is renowned for being the clubβs fine-master. When Jayden Bogle arrived at the Germany training camp from Sheffield United, captain Ethan Ampadu asked Byram if Bogle should be fined for being late.
Leeds striker Mateo Joseph was one of those international players to return this week, having scored a hat-trick for Spain U21βs side last week. Heβs been posting an array of modelling pictures in recent times.
His caption read: βCasual vibes, competitive spirit.β
Sam Byram confirms Mateo Joseph will be fined for post
Byram, now being one of the more old-school players at Elland Road, will have no time for Joseph posing in front of the camera. But this is the modern era of football player and Joseph has been busy modelling.

But that did not stop Byram telling his Leeds teammate that he would be fining him for his post on social media. Hilariously, and bluntly, writing the literal word of fine without any emojis or any elaboration.
Clearly, Byram is keeping close tabs on not only what happens behind the scenes at Thorp Arch, but what the players are posting on social media. But ahead of Friday, the morale at Leeds is still very high.
