Leeds United duo Jack Harrison and Tyler Adams are currently focused on recovering from injury as oppose to securing transfers.
That is according to the Yorkshire Evening Post, who report neither player has ‘overly demonstrated a desire to move’ and are instead intent on getting back to full fitness.
With that said, however, the report also adds there is still a possibility they could move on before the end of the window due to clauses in their contract that became active after relegation.
Adams is said to have a release clause somewhere in the region of the £20 million Leeds paid Red Bull Leipzig last summer, while according to Football Transfers, Harrison’s is around the £16 million mark.
Aston Villa are the club most heavily linked with Adams and as per the Mail are ready to activate his clause, though Chelsea are also interested.
Adams and Harrison focused on recovery rather than Leeds exit
Neither Adams, nor Harrison have played any part in pre-season ahead of the Championship opener on Sunday as they continue their recovery from injury.
Adams is still on the way back from a hamstring issue that has kept him out since March, while Harrison is overcoming a hip problem that he played through the end of last season with.
Both players are now said to be back in light in training, with Adams uploading a video to his social media last week of him back out running on the grass.
It is likely that these injuries have deterred potential interested clubs from making their move this summer, though there is still plenty of time left in the window.
Both, though, have been earmarked as players San Francisco 49ers Enterprises are keen to keep.
