Leeds United midfielder Tyler Adams has shared footage of him stepping up his recovery back to full fitness.
Adams posted a video of himself back running out on the grass onto his Instagram story this evening, including the caption ‘back soon’.
The 24-year-old has been out of action since March with a hamstring injury that kept him out of the entirety of Leeds‘ Premier League run in, which saw them relegated.

Amid hopes he would return in time for the USA in June, Adams then suffered a setback in his recovery which has so far kept him out of Leeds’ pre-season under Daniel Farke.
Speaking after the defeat to AS Monaco on Saturday, Farke claimed Adams would not be available until after the September international break.
Adams posts footage of him back on the grass in huge boost to Leeds
Farke’s admission on Adams’ fitness has thrown up huge doubt as to whether the USMNT captain will indeed play for Leeds again, as speculation continues over his future.
However, it appears as though nothing is advanced as of yet and this latest video is undoubtedly a huge boost to Leeds, as he could be pivotal if he does stay.
Adams is among the players San Francisco 49ers Enterprises are desperate to keep this summer, and he has already played a key role in securing the signing of Ethan Ampadu.
He has also been a consistent figure across Leeds’ social media activity in recent weeks, with the Whites having been careful on who they post.
Based on this latest footage, hopefully Adams will be back sooner than Farke’s weekend timeline.
