Leeds United sporting director target Stuart Webber has been approached by a club from La Liga.
That is according to Sky Sports, who report as well as interest from Leeds, Webber is being eyed for a potential move to Spain, though the exact team remains unnamed.
It has been confirmed that Webber will leave Norwich City with an official statement stating he will serve his notice period up until March 2024.
Despite having made his desire to leave the Canaries apparent earlier this year, Webber will continue working at the club to ensure a ‘smooth transition’ until a replacement is found.
According to BBC Sport’s Simon Stone, Webber could also leave earlier than his notice period if a club pays compensation to buy him out of his contract.

Leeds remain in the market for a new sporting director following Victor Orta’s sacking at the beginning of May, but are looking to appoint a manager first.
The Whites are hopeful that process will be finalised this week, which would then in turn see them switch their attention back towards Orta’s successor.
Daniel Farke is among the final candidates who Leeds could appoint as manager, with the German having worked alongside Webber for a number of years at Norwich, winning promotion to the Premier League twice.
However, they are now set to face fresh competition from across Europe in Spain and the prospect of a new challenge, in a different country and league could be tempting for Webber.
That would force Leeds into looking elsewhere for a new DoF, with Genk’s Dimitri de Conde and Middlesbrough’s Kieran Scott also linked.
