It will be a crucial next four months in the Championship as Leeds United will look to stake their claim as not only promotion hopefuls but title winners.

It’s set to be another impressive end to a Championship season, and fans can’t really say they’re surprised.

The common knowledge with the league is that this is the case almost every season, as Leeds have the lead over the chasing pack.

Adam Pope thinks eight wins will promote Leeds as that still seems a long time away, but the last 15 games will fly by.

Another pundit has given his thoughts, claiming it will be a landslide.

Tony Cascarino makes ‘incredible’ Leeds United prediction

With Leeds planning ahead, they’ll have to be wary they don’t slip up, and if promotion is achieved, it’s all about staying in the top flight for Leeds, which is something they failed at a few seasons ago.

Ally McCoist sees Leeds struggling if promoted as all factors must be considered.

Tony Cascarino doesn’t agree with McCoist’s view, suggesting Leeds are set for future greatness.

Speaking on talkSPORT Breakfast with Jeff Stelling (11/02/25), the former Chelsea striker sees it all going Daniel Farke’s way.

“(Leeds) have got the biggest squad; the biggest budget,” Cascarino said.

“They have an incredible atmosphere at Elland Road, everything is in place for Leeds to be a Premier League team.

“They’re the ones you can see… I think they’re pretty much guaranteed.”

Leeds fans should trust Cascarino after 23/24 prediction

Leeds fans will know all too well about their bottle last season, and shouldn’t get too carried away despite the Whites being on top for a large part of the season.

Farke will be hoping to avoid the famous chant that we all know, and will need every player in his squad to pull through for the Whites.

Cascarino doesn’t mind making bold prophecies as a pundit.

Cascarino thought Leeds wouldn’t finish top two so the Whites faithful might want to trust this prediction.

But there is still plenty of time for things to go wrong or right, time will tell if Leeds can hold their nerve ahead of the final run-in.
