Daniel Farke will be hoping to build on Leeds United’s second win of the season at Wolves with a positive result on Saturday as The Whites welcome Bournemouth to Elland Road.
The 3-1 win over struggling Wolves has taken Leeds to 12th in the Premier League with seven points from five games. A solid start, especially when comparing to last season’s promoted sides, who all went down.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Anton Stach and Noah Okafor scored their first goals for the club on a day that could not have gone much better, after Wolves’ opener. Farke now prepares his side for Bournemouth.
Andoni Iraola, who almost replaced Jesse Marsch at Leeds, has masterminded Bournemouth’s superb start to the campaign. A total of 10 points, sitting in 4th, Bournemouth will come to Leeds as favourites.

Paul Merson backs Bournemouth to beat Leeds at Elland Road
Leeds are unbeaten at Elland Road having beaten Everton and drawn with Newcastle, yet to concede in front of their own fans. Yet, Paul Merson has predicted a 3-1 defeat for Leeds when Bournemouth visit.
Merson told Sports Keeda that Leeds only have a “chance” if they play defensively. However, Merson believes the “problem” that faces Farke is that Leeds fans, at home, won’t want their side to sit back.
“This game should be a good watch. Bournemouth are flying and Leeds had an incredible result. The problem for Leeds is that their fans will turn in the hope that they will take the game to Bournemouth.

“If Leeds show respect and keep things tight at the back, they may have a chance. But they’re at home. I’ve been impressed with Leeds at home this season, but I think Bournemouth will pick them off for fun.”
Daniel Farke will be without duo as James Justin’s wait goes on
Justin may have been secretly delighted that Jayden Bogle picked up a knock against Wolves, hoping it might give him the chance to come in and show what he is all about following his move from Leicester.
However, Farke confirmed on Thursday that Bogle will be fit to face Bournemouth, suffering a bruised foot but no broken bones. Dan James is also available after overcoming an injury picked up at Fulham.
But the game comes too soon for Willy Gnonto (calf) and Lucas Perri (quad). Gnonto could be available for Tottenham but Farke says it is unlikely Perri will be seen until after the October international break.
