Dominic Calvert-Lewin is officially one of the form players in Europe after his impressive run of form for Leeds United.
Leeds United took a chance on signing Dominic Calvert-Lewin in the summer, after the England international had endured a frustrating run of injuries at the end of his time at Everton.
However, Calvert-Lewin has repaid the faith Leeds showed in him in recent weeks, having scored four goals in four games to fire the Whites out of the Premier League relegation zone.
Leeds face Crystal Palace in their next Premier League fixture, as Calvert-Lewin looks to equal his best-ever goalscoring run.
He could also become officially the most in-form forward in Europe in the process if he succeeds in taking his run to five consecutive games.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin is the joint-best in Europe by key metric
According to a tweet from the official Leeds United X (formerly Twitter) account, Calvert-Lewin has entered elite company with his goalscoring exploits.
Calvert-Lewin has found the net against Manchester City, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Brentford, which is the joint-longest goalscoring streak in Europe’s top-five leagues.
The only player who can match Calvert-Lewin is Premier League rival Phil Foden, who also kicked off a four-game goalscoring run at the Etihad in the game against Leeds.
If Calvert-Lewin can find the net against Crystal Palace, and Foden fails to score in Man City’s game against relegation rivals West Ham, Calvert-Lewin will officially take the crown as Europe’s most prolific striker outright.

Who was the last Leeds United player to score in five Premier League games in a row?
If Calvert-Lewin does find the net against Palace this weekend, he will enter exalted company at Elland Road.
The last Leeds United player to score in five consecutive Premier League games is legendary striker Mark Viduka, who achieved the feat in the 2002/03 season.

Viduka ended that Premier League season with 20 goals, according to Transfermarkt, and that included a remarkable run of nine goals in five games as Leeds battled against relegation under interim manager Peter Reid.
Remarkably, Viduka scored in nine of the last 10 games that season, only drawing a blank in a 3-2 defeat against Southampton, as the Australian scored 14 goals between March and May, having scored just six Premier League goals in his previous 32 appearances.
