Luke Ayling and Raphinha have both sent messages to Rodrigo after his departure from Leeds United was confirmed.
Rodrigo posted a message to his official Instagram account on Thursday evening thanking Leeds and its supporters for all their support during his three years at Elland Road.
The 32-year-old has made the switch to Qatari side Al-Rayyan for a fee believed to be in the region of £3.5 and £4 million, turning down Premier League interest in favour of the Middle East.

He becomes Leeds’ sixth major exit of the summer following Tyler Roberts, Alfie McCalmont, Robin Koch, Diego Llorente and Brenden Aaronson.
In terms of players from last season’s first team who have left this summer, Rodrigo is arguably the first in which supporters have really wished him well for his next move.
Ayling and Raphinha react to Rodrigo announcement
In total, Rodrigo scored 28 goals in 97 appearances for Leeds with his best season undoubtedly coming in 2022/23 despite the struggles of everyone around him.
Despite netting 13 Premier League goals last term, it was his work rate which really earned the respect of Leeds supporters, something which Ayling has clearly recognised in his goodbye message.

In his parting message to supporters, Rodrigo thanked everyone for the love that has been shown to both him and his family during his three years at Leeds.
He also insisted that he will continue to support Leeds from afar and it is a club that will remain in his heart forever after this three-year spell.
Rodrigo joins a host of players who have made the move to the Middle East this summer, and it isn’t likely to stop there anytime soon.
