Journalist Graeme Bailey believes that Tyler Adams is destined to leave Leeds United for one of the Premier League’s top six, with Liverpool amongst his admirers.
Bailey was speaking on Chasing The Transfer about the USMNT international who will surely depart Elland Road following Leeds’ relegation from the Premier League this past season.

Tyler Adams proved to be one of the few success stories in what was a miserable campaign. The 24-year-old was outstanding in the middle of the park.
Bailey tips Tyler Adams for top six move
Obviously, we will never know for sure, but you do wonder whether our fortunes would have been different had Adams been fit for the final 12 games of the season.

But there is absolutely no question that many of the goals Leeds conceded would have been avoided with Adams on the pitch.
Unsurprisingly, there is interest in the midfielder. Reports from 90min last month claimed that the likes of Liverpool and Newcastle want Adams.
And Bailey has suggested that he is likely heading for the top this summer.
“Watch Tyler Adams closely. He’s going to be leaving Leeds. And it’ll be to another Premier League club,” he told Chasing The Transfer.
“A lot of clubs like him, Liverpool have been linked. It wouldn’t surprise me, I think he’ll go top six.”
Opportunities too good to ignore
If there was one player Leeds fans could tie down for the coming season, Adams would surely get the nod for many.
Expectations were not too high when he arrived a year ago. He came in off the back of a really tough time with RB Leipzig. And, although they are different players, he was coming in to fill the void Kalvin Phillips would be leaving.
But Adams was ‘special‘. And it is fair to say that neither the defence or Marc Roca looked better than when the American was in the side.
We can dream of being able to convince Adams to give us one more year. But there is so much uncertainty surrounding Leeds right now. And there may not be too many more occasions where so many of the Premier League’s heavyweights want to sign him.
So it is impossible to blame him if Adams feels the opportunities put in front of him are simply too good to turn down.
