Sheffield Wednesday manager Danny Rohl has shared an injury update on his side ahead of facing Leeds United tomorrow.
Despite sitting at opposite ends of the table, two of the division’s most inform sides will be going head-to-head at Hillsborough, with Wednesday having won four in a row, and Leeds 10 of their last 11.
Leeds boss Daniel Farke has already shared an injury update of his own ahead of the game, revealing that Jaidon Anthony looks set to miss out through personal reasons, with Pascal Struijk also still on the comeback trail. There are no new concerns from the win over Stoke City, though.
Wednesday midfielder Barry Bannan had to be replaced at half-time of their 1-0 victory over Plymouth Argyle on Tuesday night, prompting question marks over whether he would feature tomorrow.
Speaking in his pre-match press conference, though, Rohl says Bannan is in ‘fantastic’ condition, has trained and will be available for selection to face Leeds.
Bannan fit to face Leeds
He said: “Barry Bannan looks fantastic, he has trained and has no problem.”
Former Leeds loanee Bannan is of course one of Wednesday’s key players and so having him available is a huge boost for them, as they look to continue their run of form.

However, Wednesday will be without Ian Poveda who is ineligible to face his parent club Leeds, which is a huge blow considering how important he has been since moving there on loan.
This is certainly set to be another tough fixture for Leeds against a side fighting for their life at the bottom, but a win would be huge considering it is the last game of a busy run of fixtures.
Just like in the last two matches, Ben Parker is not expecting it to be a particularly enjoyable watch, but is backing Leeds to just about come away with a narrow victory from South Yorkshire.
