Leeds United were held to a 1-1 draw at home to West Brom in the Championship on Saturday, with Manor Solomon enduring a rather difficult afternoon.
Leeds United weren’t at their best on Saturday afternoon, during their hard-fought 1-1 draw against West Brom, but they weren’t at their worst either.
Junior Firpo continued his prolific form with another goal and Dan James continued his creative form with another assist.
There were some bright spells for Daniel Farke’s side during the game at Elland Road for sure. But winger Manor Solomon wasn’t at his best.

Leeds United fans have grown to love Solomon this season. But few were impressed with his performance against West Brom on Saturday, with fans saying that the Israeli was “just not clicking” against the Baggies.
“Solomon should’ve been off, not been at the races today,” said one Leeds fan. Another similar comment read: “Solomon having an off day today.”
Others described the 25-year-old’s performance against West Brom as “sloppy” and that he was looking “leggy” during what was a tough battle against Tony Mowbray’s side.
One Leeds fan even wrote on social media: “Wouldn’t be buying Solomon,” after his tough afternoon.

Speaking before the West Brom game, Farke was once again asked to discuss the future of his loan players; Solomon and Joe Rothwell, who’ve bot become key players.
Speaking about Solomon’s Leeds United future, Farke said: “Sometimes, we talk behind the scenes. But, right now, it is crucial to make a decision once we know what division we are in.”
Solomon has had an injury lately and so that might explain his poor performance. But there’s no doubting that he’s had a strong season on the whole with seven goals and seven assists in 28 Championship appearances.
Leeds are next in action against Portsmouth at Fratton Park on Sunday.
