Leeds United are interested in signing West Bromwich Albion winger Grady Diangana.

That is according to Express and Star, who report Leeds, Leicester City, Burnley and a host of Saudi Arabian clubs are keen on a move for Diangana this summer.

It is said West Brom would be open to offers for the 25-year-old before the end of the window, with the Baggies still looking to raise funds through player sales.

Despite having signed from West Ham in a deal that could still rise to £18 million, West Brom are set to command £7 million for Diangana after a difficult couple of seasons.

He is also still working his way back to full fitness after picking up a foot injury in March that kept him out of the final few months of the campaign.

Leeds want to sign West Brom star Diangana

Diangana was one of the stars of the Championship when West Brom were promoted to the Premier League alongside Leeds in 2020.

After joining on an initial loan deal from West Ham, Diangana scored eight goals and provided seven assists in 30 Championship matches which saw the Baggies splash the cash to sign him permanently.

Since then, though, Diangana has struggled to replicate that sort of form and put up just half the numbers last season as he did in the 2019/20 campaign.

It is difficult to see Leeds spending this sort of money on another winger unless at least two of their current crop move on before the end of the window.

Luis Sinisterra, Dan James, Crysencio Summerville, Jack Harrison, Wilfried Gnonto and Ian Poveda are all options for Daniel Farke out wide, but it is not out of the question that some of those depart.
