Leeds United are expected to be in the market this summer again, whether that is in the Championship or in the Premier League – with Tajon Buchanan another name on the club’s radar and he could be the next Stuart Dallas.
Leeds suffered defeat to Crystal Palace on Sunday and the Whites are now sitting in 16th place. With only two points keeping them above the bottom three, they next face Liverpool at Elland Road on Monday. A massive game.
In their remaining eight fixtures, Leeds take on Liverpool, Newcastle, Manchester City, Fulham away and Spurs. But also, Leicester, Bournemouth and West Ham, too. So, it is going to go right to the wire in terms of us staying up.
Either way, Leeds will be active this summer. Calcio Mercato say Leeds are interested in signing Club Brugge star Buchanan, but relegation ends any chance of landing the Canadian. FCInterNews have given an update on his price.
Indeed, they say Brugge want between £10.5m and £11.5m. Inter, Leeds’ main contenders for Buchanan, are only willing to pay upto £9m. So, Leeds have a real chance of landing him if we stay up – and he could be our next Dallas.

Tajon Buchanan on Leeds radar, he could be our next Stuart Dallas
The reason being he could be our next Dallas, is his utter versatility. This season, he has played on either side of the defence, both on the left and the right of the attack and even at times, as a 10 or slightly deeper, as a number eight.
Very similar to Dallas, who is approaching a year on the sidelines. The Northern Irish star is set to remain out injured for the rest of the season. He will be in the final year of his contract when he does eventually return to full fitness.
The chances are that Dallas will leave Leeds in the summer of 2024 – and he will need replacing. That utility player that can be relied upon in a number of positions. Buchanan is that man, and a potential bargain at just £10.5m.
