Larry Nance Jr has hailed Daniel Farke as ‘the best’ following his press conference ahead of Leeds United’s trip to Ipswich Town.
Nance Jr made the claim on Twitter in response to a quote from Farke regarding the situation of Wilfried Gnonto following his return to training earlier this week.
Gnonto had appeared to have no way back at Leeds after handing in a transfer request just hours before last Friday’s 1-1 draw with West Bromwich Albion.
This came after Farke had made him train away from the rest of the first team squad due to his refusal to play in matches with Shrewsbury Town and Birmingham City.
However, with Gnonto now back in contention for the game at Ipswich after apologising to Farke and the club, the Leeds boss discussed the 19-year-old heavily in his presser.

Farke insisted after handing Gnonto a second chance at the club, there would not be a third, but was also quick to reaffirm the fact he is only 19.
Writing on Twitter, Nance Jr said: “Farke is the best,” followed by the bullseye emoji, which is a pretty good summary of what all Leeds fans are thinking every time Farke speaks.
Nance Jr has been one of the most front facing of San Francisco 49ers Enterprises investment group, consistently interacting with fans over Twitter.
He also attended last week’s match with West Brom at Elland Road with Russell Westbrook also having been at the first home game of the season.
While Nance Jr has little to no say in the big decisions that goes on at Leeds, it is refreshing to see someone with such a minority stake be so involved with the club.
