Transfer expert Dean Jones has told Give Me Sport that the “noises” are surrounding Jack Harrison that he is on his way out of Leeds United – amid reports that Aston Villa and West Ham are just two of the clubs keen on signing him.
Harrison, 26, starred for Leeds last season. One of the few players that can come out of the 22-23 campaign with pass marks, after having a hand in 16 goals in his 40 games. Of course, Harrison almost joined Leicester in January.
He signed a new deal but that deal includes a relegation release clause. TalkSPORT have recently reported that Villa – who are preparing for the Europa League – are keen. The Sun say West Ham, also in the Europa League, want him.
It is widely believed that Harrison would be on his way and now, Jones says the “noises” coming out of Elland Road are that he is set to go. Plenty are expected to leave Leeds and Harrison is certainly one of those this summer.
“It’s going to be a big summer for Harrison, whether he wants to stay. He’s obviously got the potential to go. The early noises have been that he would probably do that. It will be interesting to see if the manager can change that.”

Harrison is a player that has proved himself, season after season, that he is good enough for a Premier League club. Especially, one in Europe. One that will give him the chance to play on a Thursday, if not starting on the weekend.
Villa and West Ham need depth on the flanks ahead of a Europa League campaign and Harrison represents a smart addition for David Moyes or Unai Emery. It is unclear how much the £11m man’s exit clause is after signing a deal.
