TalkSPORT claim Aston Villa want to raid Leeds United for Jack Harrison this summer as Unai Emery prepares his side for a European campaign in the Europa Conference League – joining West Ham in the race for the Leeds no.11.
Harrison, 26, has been one of the rare Leeds players to come out of this season on a positive note. While Leeds have been relegated, the uncapped Englishman has been impressive – having a hand in 16 goals in his 40 matches.
The ex-Manchester City man is not known for scoring goals on a regular basis and netted his sixth of the season on Sunday in the 4-1 loss to Spurs. But, Harrison is renowned for his assists and he laid on a very decent 10 for 22-23.
Little surprise, Harrison has interest in his services. The Sun claim West Ham are keen, as they look to secure the Conference League title – and qualify for the Europa League. The Athletic say he has a relegation release clause.

Of course, Harrison signed a new deal only in April but it is now clear as to why he chose to do so. TalkSPORT also say West Ham are interested – but claim that Aston Villa are also considering a move for Harrison this summer.
Aston Villa want to raid Leeds for Jack Harrison joining West Ham in race
Harrison would be a wonderful signing for any club like a Villa, a West Ham – those in mid-table and pushing to finish in Europe. What Harrison must be careful with, is picking a club that would see him continue to be first choice.
Would he be at Villa? Possibly. West Ham? Probably – but he would have to overtake Said Benrahma. Certainly, he would be part of a rotational system with both likely to be in Europe next term. It is unclear how much he would cost.
