Leeds United have a good opportunity to return to winning ways against Queens Park Rangers at Elland Road and pundit Sam Parkin has shared his prediction for the game.
Leeds were beaten for just the second time this season at Millwall in midweek but the quick turnaround hands them the chance to put it right.
Daniel Farke has no fresh injury problems to contend with heading into the match, which is a complete contrast to Marti Cifuentes in the opposite dugout.
Cifuentes is set to be without Ilias Chair, Karamoko Dembele and Jack Colback among several others, which has had a serious impact on their form.
QPR are currently on the longest winless run in the Championship after Tuesday’s 4-1 defeat at home to Middlesbrough made it 10 matches without one.

Sam Parkin predicts Leeds vs QPR score
Once again, the onus is going to be on Leeds to break down a side happy to sit back and defend deep against them.
Leeds couldn’t find the answers at Millwall but have had considerably more success in doing so at Elland Road, winning each of their last four matches.
That said, after a dismal showing from a number of Leeds attackers in midweek, it would be nice to see Farke change it up a bit.
EFL pundit Sam Parkin has shared his prediction for the game on the latest episode of the ‘Championship Predictions Podcast’ and is backing a comfortable home win.
He said: “I was gonna have 2-0, but it wouldn’t surprise me after what I’ve seen if we’re sat here next week and it was four or five. It wouldn’t. A lot hinges on how quickly some players come back for QPR.
“That’s obvious to me they’re missing some big players at the moment and it’s only really fair that we truly judge the manager and his capabilities of turning their fortunes around when he’s got a better XI to field. I was going to have 2-0, but I’ll have 3-0.”
Predicted Leeds XI vs QPR
As mentioned, it would be good to see a bit of rotation from Farke in what is Leeds’ third game in seven days.
Jayden Bogle’s return after suspension was the only change Farke made to his starting XI at Millwall and so hopefully that isn’t the case again today.
Manor Solomon looks fairly bright as a substitute at the Den and should replace Dan James, who produced his poorest performance for a long time.
Mateo Joseph also deserves another chance up front after six successive appearances coming off the bench.
