Georginio Rutter did not have the best of times for Leeds United in the second half of last season, but he is starting to make an impact now.
However, Leeds head coach Daniel Farke has noted the areas where he can improve even further.

The 21-year-old forward was supposed to make an immediate impact at Elland Road, but he could not.
Leeds got relegated from the Premier League at the end of last season.
The 21-year-old made only one start and 10 substitute appearances in the Premier League during the second half of last season.
The forward did not score a single goal and gave just one assist in those games.
Rutter is having a much better season this time around.
The youngster has scored two goals and given four assists in 10 starts and one substitute appearance in the Championship this season.

Leeds head coach Daniel Farke is pleased to see the progress that Rutter is making.
Farke has praised the youngster for his performance against Norwich City this past weekend.
Leeds beat Norwich 3-2 at Carrow Road in the Championship.
Rutter provided an assist.
Farke, though, has noted that the France Under-21 international can still improve.
Farke told Leeds Live about Rutter: “Hard work is always the answer. Hard work on the training pitch, top fitness level.
“He works on his game, we work with him on his game, we work with him on his offensive movements, we work with him on producing end products.
“I think it’s still a topic where we can improve a bit in terms of goals and assists, but he’s done outstanding work so far and he’s really good character.
“He’s also a team player, he is always happy when he wins possession back, when he works for the team. He is so important also in our first pressing moves, also to open gaps that then Joel Piroe can use.
“We had for example one great situation in the first half when he opened the gap and Joel was one against one with the goalkeeper, if you want to choose one player in this league who should be in this situation, you are 100%, I would have put all my money on, I’m not allowed to bet, sorry, but if I would have been allowed, I would have sent someone to put all the mind my money on Joel Piroe to score in the situation.
“So Georgi is unbelievably important for our whole team.”

It was always going to be tough for Georginio Rutter last season.
After all, the forward moved to a struggling team in the middle of the campaign.
Rutter is flourishing under Farke and is doing well now.
I believe that the Frenchman is going to get even better in the coming weeks and months.
Leeds are third in the Championship table at the moment with 22 points from 12 matches, six points behind second-placed Ipswich Town, who have played 11 games.
