Swansea City have made a ‘swoop’ to sign Leeds United target Josh Tymon from Stoke City.
That is according to Alan Nixon, who provided the update on his Patreon, where he also claimed that Stoke would be ‘prepared to cash in’ on the 24-year-old.
Nixon also claimed there is interest from elsewhere in Tymon, though did not name any other clubs, with Leeds having been linked last week.

As per Team Talk, Leeds are considering a move for Tymon with left-back among the positions they are still keen to strengthen before Friday’s deadline.
However, it would appear Swansea have made the first move to sign Tymon, with Leeds also having other targets on their radar.
Swansea move for Leeds target Tymon
According to Phil Hay, Leeds now have a concrete interest in Leicester City defender Luke Thomas and could look to strike a loan deal this week.
Hay has also mentioned Burnley’s Charlie Taylor as someone to keep an eye on, with Leeds’ need for a new left-back having heightened since the weekend.

Sam Byram has started the last three league games in that position but was substituted in the first half of the win at Ipswich Town after picking up an injury.
If Leeds are indeed keen on a deal for Tymon, they will have to move quickly with Swansea now highly interested in securing his signature.
Tymon has two years left on his contract at Stoke and is currently behind summer signing Enda Stevens in the pecking order.
