Norwich City are determined to keep both Kenny McLean and Josh Sargent amid reported interest from Leeds United.
That is according to Football League World, who report Norwich see the duo as key to David Wagner’s plans in their push for promotion to the Premier League.
It is said that the ‘main interest’ in the two Canaries players has come from Leeds amid their ongoing pursuit of strengthening in midfield and attack.
Leeds boss Daniel Farke is well known to Sargent and McLean having signed them during his time as manager at Carrow Road.
Farke has already tried to bring one of his former Norwich players to Leeds in Max Aarons, but it appears as though they will look to fend off any interest in Sargent and McLean.

Amid this stance from Norwich, it would appear Leeds have already moved onto alternative targets anyway as their window builds up ahead of steam.
Leeds completed the signing of Joel Piroe on Thursday which is likely to end any interest in Sargent given they are both number nines.
The Whites are yet to bring in a new central midfielder but have been heavily linked with Nadiem Amiri, Lewis O’Brien and Glen Kamara.
McLean and Sargent have both started all three of Norwich’s Championship matches so far this season, in which they have picked up seven points.
It appears unlikely Leeds will make a late move for either player as they set their sights elsewhere.
