It could well turn out to be the most important week of Daniel Farke’s career at Leeds.
The German was reading stories last week that the 49ers could sack him, should he suffer defeats to both Liverpool and Chelsea this week.
However, the man born in Steinhausen responded by putting six goals past two of the best sides in the Premier League, overseeing a 3-1 win against Chelsea before Ao Tanaka secured a 3-3 draw for Leeds with a 96th minute equaliser to crush Liverpool.
Daniel Farke broke tradition and did his three cheers starting with the Don Revie Stand after the final whistle, something he only typically does following a win.
Who was YOUR Leeds United Man of the Match against Liverpool?
While that might seem like an insignificant moment, Jurgen Klopp already proved just how important it could be.

Sometimes, a manager just needs to capitalise on a moment of unity between players and supporters, even without a win to celebrate.
After Liverpool netted a 95th-minute equaliser to secure a 2-2 draw against West Brom at Anfield back in December 2015, Klopp was widely mocked for bringing his players together to celebrate with the fans.
The German defended himself and felt he needed to take advantage of a moment to create a bond with supporters, saying: “I wanted to say thank you. You need moments like this, and you need moments like this at home, that everybody that can enjoy.
“It’s only a point but everybody will talk about this game for the next five or six days, and that’s important and that’s what football is for. We all wanted this one point and it felt like three. In this moment it was an explosion.”

Liverpool went on to become a force to be reckoned with under Klopp, who was weirdly linked to Leeds recently, as fans and players became one at Anfield, ultimately going on to win eight trophies with the 58-year-old in charge.

Farke could have stuck to his own rules and reserved the three cheers for a win, but he felt it was important to use this inspirational fightback as a moment to bond with Leeds fans.
That could consequently result in them backing him next time things get tough, creating the unity which could go some way to securing Premier League survival for Leeds.
