Leeds United midfielder Ethan Ampadu is showing his top quality more and more with every performance and he produced a magnificent display in the Championship victory over QPR on Wednesday night.
Leeds ended up beating QPR 1-0 on the night and it was a huge result for the club. It now means they are in sixth place, whilst their opponents are in the relegation zone.
Manager Daniel Farke had a tough start to the Championship season after joining the club in the summer but it now looks like he is building some momentum.

In Leeds’ win over QPR, defensive midfielder Ampadu picked up a rating of 7.64. This was the second-best on the night and was only beaten by goalscorer Crysencio Summerville.
Summerville has looked good this season, but despite scoring, the attacker piled the praise on Georginio Rutter’s assist.
The Welsh international managed 92 touches, the second-most during the match, and had a passing accuracy of 81%.
Offensively, he managed one key pass but it was his defensive stats that showcased why he is essential if Leeds want to be successful this season.
Ampadu managed three tackles and three interceptions. This saw him ranked second and first in relation to the rest of the Leeds squad. The 23-year-old also managed one clearance and one block as well.
Ampadu is an all-round defensive midfielder and to have him in the side not only frees up the attackers but also gives the defence more protection.
Performances like last night just emphasise how good a signing he was this summer and it is great that Leeds managed to sign the former Chelsea player on a permanent deal.
