Eight players have now been sold by Leeds United this summer and focus has been placed on finding replacements, but the agent of one Leeds player is trying to find him a move away.
Georginio Rutter completed a move to Brighton on Monday, following the likes of Archie Gray, Crysencio Summerville and Glen Kamara have left this summer with Leeds raking in almost £140m in player sales.
But with just £15m spent, fans are becoming frustrated that a side which looked good enough to go one better this season and secure promotion has had its assets stripped and a top-six finish looks unlikely.
Daniel Farke wants four new signings with a full-back, a midfielder and two attacking signings on Farke’s radar. Nothing has been done yet though, and with nine days left, supporters are deeply concerned.

Wilfried Gnonto could look to rub salt in Leeds United wounds
Suddenly, huge importance has been placed on the shoulders of 20-year-old Italy star Gnonto with Summerville and Rutter gone. Leeds are lacking in attacking options and Gnonto is now a key player.
Last season, Gnonto was an important player but not one of the first names on the team sheet as Dan James and the Italian rivalled for the right-wing position but after exits, he is crucial to this Leeds side.
However, TeamTalk say Gnonto wants to move and his agent is trying to find the “phenomenal” star an exit before the August 30 deadline. It might be then that Leeds could not be done selling their players.

Are there any release clauses left in any Leeds United contracts?
According to Leeds Live reporter Beren Cross, all release clauses have either gone or expired and that places a bit of power back in the hands of The 49ers when it comes to clubs trying to sign their players.
There is frustration with The 49ers over a lack of investment and new signings. But release clauses were met for Gray, Summerville and Rutter and little could be done in preventing their exits this summer.
Yes, release clauses should not have been included from the get go. But this is modern football and they are part of the game these days but for Gnonto, it looks as if clubs will have to pay Leeds’ asking price.
