Manor Solomon is top of the list for Leeds United when it comes to signing wingers this summer, after the Tottenham star’s stunning form for Daniel Farke’s side during 2024-25.
With Solomon on board, that would see Leeds maintain the four options they had available throughout the 2024-25 season. Willy Gnonto, Dan James and Largie Ramazani are all preparing for next season.
But Farke may feel that he wants one more out wide, or may have to go after another winger if Solomon does not sign permanently. There is talk that Leeds are struggling to find an agreement with Tottenham.
One player that has been linked with a move to Elland Road is one that Southampton once signed for a big sum. Moussa Djenepo has been linked with Leeds, after a loan at Antalyaspor from Standard Liege.

Moussa Djenepo update could help Leeds in possible pursuit
Initial reports said that both Leeds and Rangers wanted to sign Djenepo with a fee of £1.7m enough. The chances are that Djenepo would love a second crack at the Premier League after failing at Southampton.
Signed as a youngster by The Saints, Djenepo failed to live up to his price tag in the near-100 matches he played for Southampton. He returned to Liege but now, Leeds could sign the winger on a free transfer.
A report from Belgian outlet Walfoot now claims Liege are considering a move to terminate Djenepo’s contract when he returns from Antalyaspor due to his ‘high salary’. He has a year left on his Liege deal.

Moussa Djenepo needs platform to springboard career again
Described as “really amazing” by Ralph Hasenhuttl during his time at Southampton, Djenepo arrived on the south coast with massive potential. Speed, trickery, physicality and an eye for goal with the Saints.
But it never materialised and the Premier League almost came too soon for Djenepo. Seemingly, things have not got better for him back at Liege – having gone on loan to Turkey and his deal possibly ending.
There is a player in Djenepo, no doubt. But he needs the right platform to go and prove the doubters wrong. Is that warming the bench at Elland Road? Probably not. Perhaps, it could be with Rangers.
