Back in the summer, Leeds United sold eight players and they have had contrasting fortunes since their moves with The Whites set to sell another player in the coming hours.
Diego Llorente has sparkled with Real Betis while Archie Gray is playing regularly for Tottenham, albeit as a centre-back. Georginio Rutter started slowly but has had a hand in eight goals and assists for Brighton.
Marc Roca has endured a difficult season alongside Llorente after a brilliant loan at Betis last term. Over at West Ham, Crysencio Summerville’s form has been mirrored by West Ham and has picked up an injury.
Kris Klaesson has already changed sides twice, going from Rakow to Aarhus and now Viking FK. Charlie Cresswell has arguably been the best of the eight that were sold, shining at Ligue 1 club Toulouse.
But Glen Kamara has flopped since his move to France, with the Finland international moving to Rennes in the summer and now, the former Rangers ace could be on the move again – to the Middle East.

Fabrizio Romano has an update on Glen Kamara after Leeds exit
The 29-year-old started the season as first choice for Rennes, named in the starting line-up for Rennes’ first three Ligue 1 matches. He was in and out of the side up until the turn of the year, before being axed.
Kamara was an unused sub twice in the two games before being completely axed from the squad in his side’s last two. Now, Romano claims Kamara is in ‘advanced talks’ with Saudi Pro League side Al-Shabab.
He said on X: “EXCL: Saudi Pro League side Al Shabab are in advanced talks to sign Glen Kamara as new midfielder. Negotiations underway with Rennes.”
Al-Shabab currently sit in sixth place in the Saudi Pro League
Under the experienced Fatih Terim, Al-Shabab are enjoying a solid season. Sixth of 18 teams, they are only six points behind Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr in fourth. A side glittered with renowned European names.
Netherlands star and former Southampton defender Wesley Hoedt, Italian veteran Giacomo Bonaventura, former Atletico Madrid attacker Yannick Carrasco and Wolves favourite Daniel Podence are at Al-Shabab.
Now, Kamara could join that list of names as Terim looks to haul in the top four sides over the course of the second half of the season. But that Kamara is leaving, it shows his move to Rennes has been a failure.
