Leeds are a big club who were playing in the Premier League just a few months ago.
The main objective of the Whites this season is to get back to the top flight of English football, and Summerville is a big player in that quest.
The 22-year-old has established himself as one of the best and most important players in the Leeds team.
Head coach Daniel Farke has noted that the winger has added goals to his game this season.
Summerville has made 20 starts and two substitute appearances in the Championship for Leeds this season.
The Dutch winger has scored 11 goals and given six assists in those matches.
