The latest name to be linked with a move to Leeds United is Colombian ace Julian Quinones and he scored in the early hours of Thursday morning – and below is a video of his goal in a CONCACAF clash against Philadelphia Union.
Reports emerged this week that Leeds want to sign the Colombian attacker, but face competition from Serie A duo Sampdoria and Torino. With Sampdoria rock bottom of Italy’s top tier, Leeds have every chance of winning the race.

It is unclear how much Atlas would want for Quinones but given he has a contract until 2026, you would expect the Mexican side to charge top dollar for his services. Especially, as he scored again in the early hours of this morning.
Coming into the game, Atlas needed to win having lost the first leg 1-0. Quinones gave his side the lead early on, after 11 minutes. Contributing to the build up, Quinones then calmly swept the ball into the corner after a lay off.

The star’s 16th goal of the season – after having a hand in 24 goals in his first season, a loan at Atlas from Tigres last summer. It is clear to see why Leeds want him – speed, physicality, superb finishing but also, a creative eye.
He can play on either flank but has starred as Atlas’ no.9 for much of the season and that normally appeals to Victor Orta when he is signing players. Is he good enough for the Premier League? Right now, it seems difficult to tell.
