It has been a solid but unspectacular campaign for Leeds United so far.
No player can boast more than two goals after 11 Premier League games, and a decent start has quickly been washed away by a run of four defeats in the last five outings.
It has been particularly tough to watch Leeds attack – only Wolves have netted fewer than the ten goals Daniel Farke has seen his side score.

Despite this, Tony Dorigo has named an attacker in Noah Okafor as “the one beacon of light” for Leeds so far this season.
Tony Dorigo piles the praise on Noah Okafor after £18m move to Leeds United
The £18m signing from AC Milan has scored two goals in his eight Premier League appearances so far.
While the Switzerland international certainly has the talent to improve on that, Dorigo has been left impressed by his performances.
The man who made 201 appearances for Leeds told The Square Ball: “The wingers are so important, the one beacon of light for me has been Okafor. He’s one player who can produce.
“You can’t just rely on one player to do that (however). He’s adjusting to the Premier League, he’s adjusting his fitness levels, the intensity of the game.”
Okafor has endured a tough time of late having once again been overlooked by Switzerland – who he last represented in November 2024 – so this praise from Dorigo will do him a world of good.
Noah Okafor has until January to truly stand out or he could lose his place
While the Leeds No.19 has been praised by Dorigo, he cannot rest on his laurels ahead of the winter transfer window.
Leeds want to sign Raheem Sterling – according to Sportsboom – and if a deal materialises, it would see Okafor face serious competition for his place on the left of the attack.
Which position do Leeds United need to strengthen most in January?
Explain why!
An England international who can boast 396 Premier League appearances and 123 goals in the division would surely not come to Leeds to be an option from the bench.
Therefore, Okafor needs to show Farke exactly what he can do between now and January, or else he could end up being a substitute in the business end of the campaign.
