Polish outlet Sportowe Fakty claim that Leeds United have given the ‘green light’ for Mateusz Bogusz to cancel his loan at Spanish side Ibiza and move to the MLS to join Los Angeles FC on a permanent basis, before the end of the window.
Bogusz, 21, is on loan at Ibiza for a second season. It comes after impressing last term, having a hand in 11 goals in 20 games for the second-tier Spanish side. But then, he suffered an ACL injury. He is fit again, but his prior form is yet to.
The report claims that LAFC – who boast players such as Giorgio Chiellini, Denis Bounga and Carlos Vela – are keen on a move for the Poland U21 star. A player that only ever managed three senior outings for Leeds under Marcelo Bielsa.
LAFC want a permanent move for Bogusz who is out of contract in the summer. Leeds have given the ‘green light’ for Bogusz to join the MLS side. But, a decision needs to be made by Ibiza. The MLS window is open until April 24.

Leeds give green light for Bogusz to join Los Angeles FC permanently
Ibiza have a decision to make. This season, he has played 18 times – scoring just one goal and failing to lay on an assist. He is not delivering the form that saw him shine last season. But Ibiza will have limited time to bring in a replacement.
So, Ibiza need to make a decision on Bogusz and it could be that if they allow him to go, he joins LAFC on a permanent deal. It might even be that LAFC see Bogusz as a replacement for Gareth Bale, who has of course, retired from football.
It would be a superb move for Bogusz in a league that is growing. A move to America would be the second Leeds ace that has gone to an American club – after Mateusz Klich was lured to DC United by Wayne Rooney earlier this month.
